The prompt

Build a GP clinic I can run for one short shift. Several patients are in the waiting room. I call one in, ask questions, and name what I think they have. I can also do nothing for a moment, and the room moves on. If I leave someone sitting too long they can get worse and die, and that should count against me. Seeing the person in front of me and naming their illness should count for me.

Two illnesses in one person should be allowed to pile up in a simple way: some symptoms take the worse reading, some take the milder one. Show the waiting room, the person I am with, what I have asked, and the score. Clicking is how I play. Different shifts have different rooms. The same shift should bring the same patients back.
